1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, using the Campus Play School mobile app, or enrolling your child, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Admission Policy

2.1 Admission is subject to eligibility criteria including age requirements and availability of seats.

2.2 The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.

2.3 Submission of application does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only after fee payment and document verification.

3. Fee Structure & Payment

3.1 All fees must be paid by the due date mentioned on the fee invoice. Late payments may attract a penalty.

3.2 Admission fee and registration fee are one-time and non-refundable under any circumstances.

3.3 Tuition fees are payable monthly, quarterly, or annually as per the chosen plan.

3.4 Fees once paid are non-refundable except as specified in the refund policy.

4. Attendance & Punctuality

4.1 Regular attendance is mandatory. A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion to the next class.

4.2 Parents must inform the school office in case of absence via phone, app notification, or written application.

4.3 Students arriving after the designated time will be marked late. Repeated late-coming may result in disciplinary action.

5. Student Code of Conduct

5.1 Students must maintain discipline, respect teachers and peers, and follow school rules.

5.2 Bullying, fighting, use of abusive language, or damage to school property will result in strict disciplinary action.

5.3 The school reserves the right to suspend or expel students for serious misconduct.

6. Parent Responsibilities

6.1 Parents must attend parent-teacher meetings regularly.

6.2 Parents are responsible for their child's punctuality, uniform, and completion of homework.

6.3 Parents must update contact information (phone, email, address) promptly.

7. App & Website Usage

7.1 The Campus Play School mobile app is for registered parents, teachers, and school staff only.

7.2 Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is prohibited.

7.3 Users must not misuse the platform, upload harmful content, or attempt to breach security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app including logos, text, images, and software is the property of Campus Play School Bari. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Campus Play School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our app or website.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dholpur, Rajasthan.
